A.  Our fees comprise of an 8% Factoring Fee for the first 30 days and 3.5% for the next 3—60 days. All loans are due in 30 days unless approved otherwise.

EXAMPLE
If you require an advance of $4000 then the fee will be:

Contracts we do not advance on

1.       Commercial Contracts

2.       Contracts that have not completed all conditions

A. We do not want you to be penalized if your office does not post/transfer the monies to us immediately. Weekends, holidays or other factors may delay processing of the commission; this is why we offer a 5 day grace period for repayment of the loan.

A. Historically about 90% of all sales settle on the due date. If your sale does not settle on the due date you may repay the advance immediately or assign another contract against the advance. Additional fees may apply if the original date for repayment is exceeded.

A. You must be a licensed Realtor and have been in the business for at least 1 year. 

A. Opportunity Commission Advance will loan up to 80% of the net proceeds due the Realtor.  1st Time borrowers are limited to $5,000.
